Welcome to ppsnusa. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ppsnusa ("ppsnusa", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ppsnusa.cam.

By accessing the ppsnusa platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an active account on ppsnusa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You do not currently have a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or operator-imposed exclusion in place with ppsnusa or any affiliated gaming entity.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently being treated for, a gambling addiction or related disorder that renders participation in gambling activities inappropriate or harmful to your wellbeing.
• You are the sole, rightful holder of any bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument used to deposit or withdraw funds from your ppsnusa account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of ppsnusa or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ppsnusa platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. ppsnusa uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting behaviour. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and any associated balances — including winnings — may be voided.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ppsnusa strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify ppsnusa support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ppsnusa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ppsnusa is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals and at various points during the account lifecycle. You may be requested to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of any payment method used. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The ppsnusa platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a third-party betting intermediary, syndicating bets, or managing accounts on behalf of other individuals.

By placing a wager, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds wagered. ppsnusa does not guarantee any particular outcome of any game or bet. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness.

ppsnusa endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

All gaming and betting services on ppsnusa are restricted to players aged 21 and above. This requirement applies without exception across all product categories, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional activities.

ppsnusa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus restrictions on the account. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time. ppsnusa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a payment instrument not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

ppsnusa does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control and your responsibility.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ppsnusa are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution weightings. These specific terms are published on each individual promotion's landing page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• ppsnusa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per qualifying deposit unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Promotional bonuses are intended for recreational players. ppsnusa reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from specific promotions at our absolute discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ppsnusa platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Depositing, wagering, or transacting using funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering).
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, including seat-changing schemes in live dealer games or sharing information to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or falsely disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Impersonating any other person, ppsnusa employee, or entity on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ppsnusa staff or other members of the player community.

All content on the ppsnusa platform — including but not limited to the ppsnusa name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ppsnusa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ppsnusa content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppsnusa, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of wagering or betting activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by ppsnusa in good faith under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

ppsnusa's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ppsnusa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is imminent; fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected; regulatory obligations require us to act; or the continued operation of the account represents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

You may request the closure of your ppsnusa account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. We will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied and no pending investigations.

Upon termination of your account, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and prohibited conduct survive termination and remain in full force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppsnusa is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of ppsnusa's operating jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or gambling laws in your country of residence.

ppsnusa reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a prominent notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
